1st Place Good Food Awards 2010

All of our food is freshly prepared on site by our talented chef Anthony; and fresh local produce is exclusively used wherever possible - with fruit and vegetables coming from Chubby’s allotment at Trysull Farm, local butchers supplying our meat, and our potatoes making a short trip from the field next door.

The Hollybush has been a much-loved local for many years, and following it’s recent refurbishment has been placed on the map as a destination for real ales, good wine, and a great dining experience.

ABOUT US

Julie and Steve took on the neglected building in early 2009, and after a great deal of hard work, the brand new Hollybush opened it’s doors to the public in May. Local support and enthusiasm for the reopening were overwhelming, and since opening for business the new restaurant has gone from strength to strength, recently winning a prestigious Taste of Staffordshire award. Julie and her team take great pride in offering all of their guests great service and a warm, friendly welcome.
